Congratulations to Mr. Tony Gebbia, for being named 2019 Kiwanis Educator of the Year!
Mr. Gebbia is the International Baccalaureat Magnet Coordinator at SVHS.
Mr. Michael Lee was recently selected as one of the 18 Teacher of the Game recipients. This recognition was presented by representatives from MGM Resorts International, SSSCU, UNLV Men's Athletics and 8 News NOW. Mr. Lee was awarded with a Teacher of the Game jersey, a certificate for dinner, show tickets and a one night stay at any MGM property, $500 from SSSCU and will be featured at a home UNLV basketball game and on Channel 8. We are so honored that one of CCSD finest teachers works at Spring Valley High School.
